1. Introduction

Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect depending on card issuer processing times. vk44 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Where a payment method processes in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. vk44 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of vk44.

10. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and events outside vk44's reasonable control (including payment provider outages and internet infrastructure failures) may result in temporary unavailability. vk44 will endeavour to restore access as quickly as practicable and will communicate scheduled downtime in advance where possible.

11. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your vk44 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of active bonus wagering obligations.

vk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that vk44 determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of games.
